Towards Creating a “Nexus”

I propose that, as engineers who are inspired by biology to design systems, we should look to the concepts of "links and connections" in living systems and what we know about organizational forms in nature and apply them to develop a "nexus" among science and engineering societies for advancing biological engineering.
